Can I drive these scooters on the street?
Yes. Any paved road is fair game. Unfortunately, it is unlawful to drive any motorscooter under 250cc on the freeway -- so you can drive around town, but be prepared for a big ticket if you try to take any of our scooters out on the interstate. Please check with your local DMV for specifics regarding age requirements, helmet laws, registration, etc.
What are the requirements for California?
Motorists must be over the age of 16, have a valid license, and must wear a helmet.
Do I need a special license to drive these scooters?
When you purchase the scooter you are free to drive it off the lot and have fun with it, but you are required within 60 days of registration to get an m2 divers license. This will allow you to legally drive your motorscooter.
So I have to register it with the DMV?
Actually when you purchase the vehicle we register it with the DMV for you. So you will receive a title and Registration just like you'd have on your car. There is an additional fee of $55 dollars for documentation prep and submission to the DMV.
I have to get insurance as well?
Yes. Typical insurance for your scooter can range anywhere from $12-24/month. It's just like auto insurance -- check with your insurance agent that handles your automobile -- Pricing will vary based on your age and driving history.
What if I have a problem with my scooter?
Parts and Labor are covered for a full year or 12k miles. You can take it to nearly any motorcycle repair shop for service.
Can I make my vehicle faster?
All atv's, motorcycles, mopeds, and scooters can be made to go faster by improving fuel, air and exhaust flow. By modifying your scooter beyond its stock parts with performance kits, you void all manufacturer warranties.
Can I test drive one of your scooters?
If you live in California, and are anywhere near Los Angeles or the Inland Empire...then yes. Please send us an email or give us a call to arrange a test drive.
Shipping is Free?
Yes. Just let us know where it needs to be delivered and we will ship it as freight to your location.

Where can I obtain replacement parts if needed?
We stock parts for every item we sell in our warehouse. Part can also be ordered directly from manufacture at any time. Part(s) under warranty are on an exchange basis. Once we received your defective part(s), we will ship you your warranty replacement part(s) free of charge. Part(s) delivery may take, but not limited from 1-2 weeks. Most mechanical parts are universal and can be found at most local retail motorcycle and bike shops.
If I place an order today, how long will delivery take?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours from your date of purchase. However, we generally ship your order the same day if payment is received before 11:00 am Pacific Standard Time. Transit times takes approximately between 2 to 7 business days for delivery depending on how far your delivery address is from California. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. During holiday seasons, process period may extend, but not limited, to 3-5 business days. Transit time during holiday seasons may extend, but not limited, to 5-12 business days.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii. However, additional freight charges may apply. Please call our friendly sales staff to obtain your freight costs prior to purchase.
Will I receive a confirmation once my order ships?
Yes, we will e-mail you your freight company's information along with your tracking number once your order ships so you can track your order and delivery. We require 24 business hours to process your order before we forward you your tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number, please contact your shipping company to schedule your delivery.
What do I do if my order is lost or damaged?
Unfortunately, lost packages and minor shipping damages may sometimes occur. We strongly encourage all customers to insure your investment to guard against lost or damages during shipping. Order that are not insured will not be eligible for lost or damaged claims.
1. Inspect your whole vehicle before signing the delivery receipt. In case of any damages presence, you must note the damages on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign in acknowledgement. Failing to do so will void the claim.
2. All noted damages must be reported to skoodr.com via e-mail within 3 days of delivery, no exceptions.
3. Please save original packing material for investigation by the shipping company. Please take pictures of the damaged boxes and vehicle and send the pictures to skoodr.com within 3 days of delivery.
4. We will file shipping damage claim and the merchandise will be inspected by a representative from the shipping company.
5. We will ship you a replacement part(s) or refund after the claim is settled by the shipping company.
